He’s awesome. He’s mine. He’s already a LOLcat several times over. I couldn’t help but notice his resemblance to my favorite pastime:

There were gobs of cats at the shelter, but this one was perfect. He’s a year old, jet black with pretty green eyes. When he first got home, he was a little unsure of the situation and spent most of the evening napping safely behind an armchair. But soon enough he was racing around the place like a crazed jungle cat, and he has now declared himself lord and master of the manor. He freely distributes lots of lurves and made me very proud by showing me that he ain’t gonna take no crap from any feather toys. That’s mah brave jungle kitteh. I think we’ll get along.

If only I could think of just the right name . . .
